I have been teaching and coaching learner drivers for over 20 years. Together with Dave H, we created MDS in May 2010 with only 3 instructors... we are now a school of 18, having taught most of the Team in-house.
I teach automatic in a fully electric Kia eNiro and cover Currie and surrounding areas.

I have over 30 years experience as a qualified driving instructor, the last six in an automatic. I am currently based in Musselburgh but also cover the areas outlined above.
I have extensive experience of helping clients who have certain issues or conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, autism and dyspraxia.
I am also a fully qualified, and experienced Hypnotherapist and counsellor, having helped numerous driving test candidates to manage and alleviate their nerves, both my own and pupils of other instructors.

I have been working with My Driving School for a little over 7 years now. I qualified in 2019 and offer manual tuition in most of the Midlothian area.
I love being a driving instructor, helping people to gain the skills needed to be a safe and competent driver. I have always had a keen interest in cars so after 18+ years in the motor trade, the change to become a driving instructor seemed like a logical choice.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing computer games. I am also a brown belt in karate and am training towards my 1st dan black belt
